I hope this page is useful to be in touch with us in a more interactive way. Since we opened up our servicing operations we have had hundreds of calls for assistance with the maintenance of their Gaggia or Saeco machines. It has been good to be able to help the Gaggia machine users and give them advise and more importantly be able to provide a repair service. We now have 5 Gaggia trained engineers [between them they have over 40 years of experience].
We carry and extensive range of Gaggia/Saeco parts and accessories and also retail and distribute Gaggia coffee.

I'd like to post a 'Thank You' to your service guy Dave. I'd had difficulty removing the shower holding plate (that lies behind the shower screen) on my Gaggia Paros, and he explained how to do it. Much appreciated!
