Caffe Shop Ltd operates specialised shops in the United Kingdom, selling Coffee machines, Coffee and accessories. We carry an extensive range of new and re-conditioned Gaggia, Saeco and Caffitaly coffee machines from Filter coffee machines to Traditional espresso machines and Bean to cup automatic machines. We also sell a range of Capsule machines and capsules.

We have Gaggia trained engineers who are who have over 40 years of experience [between them] in repairing and servicing of Gaggia and Saeco machines. We even give one to one training for our customers on how to get the best out of your machine.

The shops were formerly called shops but they are now owned by Caffe Shop Ltd and are independent of Gaggia but continue to sell GAGGIA new and re-conditioned and nearly new machines and other brands of coffee machines.

I'd like to post a 'Thank You' to your service guy Dave. I'd had difficulty removing the shower holding plate (that lies behind the shower screen) on my Gaggia Paros, and he explained how to do it. Much appreciated!

A massive thanks to Raj and the people at Elland.

My 10 year old "Gaggia factory" has recently been serviced by them. I had not looked after it very well, and it had stopped working and looked in a pretty sorry state.

BUT it has come back looking like new, with many new parts, AND I am sure it works even better than it did when it was new.

Good machines, good value service, and a great shop to visits....thanks everyone.

Gaggia Specialist Shops

Three of our Gaggia Specialist shops are in outlet villages, in Castleford, Braintree and Antrim. We also have a shop in Northampton, called Blenders, where we roast a variety of blends of specialised coffees. Our shops are manned by trained staff who should be able to assist you in selecting your machine and show you how to make the best out of your machine. Machines are plugged in and demonstrated. We carry an extensive range of coffee and accessories. We also run a concession within Fenwicks in Canterbury.

Elland

We are now in Elland, West Yorkshire,just off the M62, junction 24. We have a service centre and show room and customers are encouraged to vist us. We run workshops on a Friday afternoons. You have to book to come for our workshops. We also have started running the Barista training courses in Elland. The next course is on the 9th of October. Service, Parts and Accessories

I hope this page is useful to be in touch with us in a more interactive way. Since we opened up our servicing operations we have had hundreds of calls for assistance with the maintenance of their Gaggia or Saeco machines. It has been good to be able to help the Gaggia machine users and give them advise and more importantly be able to provide a repair service. We now have 5 Gaggia trained engineers [between them they have over 40 years of experience]. We carry and extensive range of Gaggia/Saeco parts and accessories and also retail and distribute Gaggia coffee.

We have introduced the Gaggia Double pods [13.5g] which works very well with a 14g pod basket.We have them in Intense and Arabica blends. The full range of GAGGIA coffee and accessories are available in our retail shops and on our website

Raj Beadle

I was the managing director of Gaggia United Kingdom Ltd until it closed in 2009. I then set up a new company called Caffe Shop Ltd and acquired some of the specialist Gaggia retail shops which were owned by the previous company and also employed some of the experienced Gaggia engineers who were employed by the previous company. We now retail, provide repair and servicing services for Gaggia and Saeco users. We also sell and distribute Gaggia coffee and accessories. We also sell and distribute Ecaffe and Caffitaly capsules and machines.

Vision
